Eligibility for Returns and Refunds General Refund Window: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the purchase date. You can access and review all course content during this period. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered beyond 7 days if: (a) the Product is defective (e.g., inaccessible content due to technical failure), (b) you were not provided access within 24 hours of purchase due to our error, or (c) you can demonstrate non-delivery of promised features (e.g., missing modules). Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Whop. Partial refunds (e.g., for unused subscription periods) may apply if eligible. Dispute Escalation: If unsatisfied, use Whop’s Resolution Center before contacting your payment provider. Direct disputes bypassing our support may trigger an account review. Transaction Fee Deduction: Please note that all refunds will be processed for the amount received by Prosperity School, after deduction of any non-refundable payment processing fees or network charges incurred during the original transaction. These fees are typically charged by payment processors and are not recoverable by us upon refund 3. Automation and Access Delays Current Status: We are enhancing our internal systems to automate Skool invites post-purchase. Currently, manual invites may take up to 40 minutes or more due to automation fixes. We apologize for this delay and are working to reduce it to under 24 hours. Impact on Refunds: Delays beyond 24 hours due to our error qualify for a full refund if requested within 30 days, provided no content access occurs. Reasonable delays (e.g., 40 minutes) do not justify refunds unless accompanied by other issues (e.g., non-delivery). Mitigation: You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated access timeline after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder, and contact support if no invite arrives within 24 hours. 4. Dispute Management and Protection Reasonable Disputes: We encourage direct communication for issues (e.g., access delays, content errors) to resolve them swiftly and avoid unnecessary Whop Resolution Center filings. Unreasonable disputes (e.g., successful purchases followed by immediate refund demands without use) may be denied, supported by Whop and Skool logs. Dispute Score Impact: Frequent disputes, even when resolved in our favor, may affect our ability to maintain and improve the Service. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that submitting frivolous or unfounded refund claims (e.g., after successful purchase and access to course content) may result in account suspension or legal action to enforce these Terms. Whop Tools: We utilize Whop’s Dispute Fighter to submit access logs, this policy, and transaction data to counter invalid disputes, ensuring fair outcomes.
5. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable Refunds or returns do not include exchanges for other Products or credits unless explicitly offered. Unused subscription periods are not transferable to other users or accounts.
6. Limitations of Liability Refunds are your sole remedy for dissatisfaction. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost time, income) or for issues arising from your internet, device, or Whop/Skool platform errors beyond our control. Total refund liability is capped at the purchase amount. This policy does not affect statutory rights under UAE law (e.g., Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021) where applicable. 7.
