This policy explains how Prosperity Group FZCO ("Prosperity," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, funnels, and checkout pages, and what control you have over them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data generally.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember you between pages and between visits.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.

We also use technologies that work like cookies but are not cookies:

Pixels and tracking scripts — small pieces of code that record that a page was viewed or an action taken
Local storage — data stored in your browser rather than in a cookie file. Our funnel pages use this to preserve what you have typed into a form so you do not lose it
Server-side tracking — see §4, because it behaves differently from everything else here
2. What we use them for
Essential. Keeping the site working: maintaining your session, remembering what is in your cart, processing checkout, security, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off — without them the site and checkout do not function.

Analytics. Understanding how people use the site in aggregate: which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they drop off, and which pages produce sales. We use this to fix and improve things.

Advertising and attribution. Working out which advertisement, video, post, or link brought you to us, measuring whether our advertising works, and showing you relevant advertising on other platforms. This is the category most people care about, and it is described further in §4.

Functionality. Remembering preferences and pre-filling forms so you do not re-enter the same details.

3. Who sets them
Some are set by us. Others are set by the third parties we use to run the business. We do not control third-party cookies, and their use of the data they collect is governed by their own privacy policies.

This list changes as our providers change. The Privacy Policy carries the current full list of everyone we share data with.

4. Server-side tracking
Some of our tracking does not run in your browser at all. It runs on our own server, which then sends data to our analytics and advertising providers.

We are telling you this plainly because it matters: browser-level controls — blocking cookies, private browsing, tracker blockers — do not stop server-side collection. It serves the same purposes as the browser tracking described above, mainly attribution and advertising measurement, but the usual tools do not switch it off.

If you want it stopped, §5 tells you how.

5. Your choices
Your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most let you block third-party cookies specifically. Look under Settings → Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will break the site and checkout.

Advertising opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), and Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu) in Europe. Your device settings also let you limit ad tracking.

Ask us directly. Because browser settings do not affect server-side tracking, you can email support@prosperityschool.com and ask us to stop analytics and advertising tracking associated with you. We will action it. This is the only way to switch off the collection described in §4.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to refuse non-essential cookies, and consent must be obtained before they are set. If you have not been asked for that consent, email us at the address above and we will stop non-essential tracking for you. See §7 of our Privacy Policy for the lawful bases we rely on, and §11 for your full rights.

6. Do Not Track
There is no agreed standard for how websites should respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not currently respond to them. Use the controls in §5 instead.

7. Changes
We may update this policy as our providers or the technologies change. The current version is always posted here with its date.
