Terms of Service for Prosperity Academy Checkout

Welcome to Prosperity Academy.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Prosperity Group FZCO’s services, located at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, UAE.

By accessing this website and using our service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Prosperity Academy’s service if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice:

  • "Client", "You", "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", "Us" refers to Prosperity Group FZCO.
  • "Party", "Parties" refers to both the Client and the Company, or either the Client or the Company.
2. Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide the Client with services including but not limited to:

  • Access to Prosperity School on the Skool platform
  • Two live sessions per week via Zoom
  • Access to a community of aspiring traders
  • Mentor support (when available)
  • Access to future learning modules

These collectively represent the “Services” included in the Prosperity Academy program.

3. Term of Agreement

This Agreement begins on the date of enrollment and remains in effect until completion of the Services, unless terminated earlier as outlined in this Agreement.

The term may be extended upon written agreement by both parties.

4. Compensation, Refund, and Dispute Policy

Total Program Cost: The total price is disclosed before purchase. All charges are non-refundable.

Acknowledgement: By joining, you agree to the total program price and these terms, including the refund and dispute resolution policy.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. If you choose to cancel your participation, you may stop future payments, but prior payments will not be refunded.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider, you agree to first contact Prosperity Group FZCO directly. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably and professionally.

Client Commitment: Your results are dependent on your commitment to the program. Prosperity Group FZCO cannot guarantee results if resources are not used as intended.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through direct communication and mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

6. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between Prosperity Group FZCO and the Client. It supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

7. Changes to Terms

Prosperity Group FZCO reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
