Your mission is clear: Own the entire content production operation so our creator never thinks about logistics again. You'll manage a team of editors and designers, build workflow systems that scale, and ship 5+ YouTube videos and 21+ reels every single week without missing a beat.

Your Role

Head of Production

As Head of Production at Prosperity School, you'll own everything from ideation to publish. You'll lead a team, design and optimize workflow pipelines, manage the content calendar across two YouTube channels and multiple social platforms, and ensure every piece of content ships on time at the highest quality.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing high-volume content production
  • Proven track record leading creative teams of editors, designers, and content specialists
  • Deep experience with content operations: calendars, pipelines, capacity planning, distribution
  • Hiring experience β€” you've recruited, onboarded, and managed creative talent

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of editors, designers, and content specialists β€” owning their output, development, and performance.
  • Own the content calendar and publishing schedule across YouTube (2 channels), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Design, build, and continuously optimize workflow pipelines that scale with volume without breaking.
  • Manage team capacity, assignments, and deadlines β€” ensuring nothing slips and quality never drops.
  • Own distribution process across all platforms, ensuring content is optimized and published on schedule.
  • Hire and onboard new team members as we scale β€” you're responsible for building the team we need.
  • Co-create systems with the COO to build production infrastructure that supports aggressive growth targets.
  • Free the creator to focus entirely on content creation, trading, and strategy β€” not operations or logistics.
